Description

Quick, easy and oh so good. The nearly perfect fix of sweet 'n salty. Large medjool dates, stuffed with goat cheese then wrapped with prosciutto and baked.

Ingredients

  • 20 medjool dates
  • 10 sli prosciutto
  • 1 c goat cheese

Instructions

1) Cut a slice in the date and remove the pit.
2) Using a small spoon or something, stuff the date with goat cheese.
3) Using a 1" wide (or so) strip of prosciutto, wrap the date wide-wise. You should be able to cover most of the date but don't worry about getting it completely covered.
4) Place on baking sheet
6) (optional but I like doing this) Drizzle olive oil over the dates
5) Bake at 400 for about 8-10 minutes or until they start to look done.
