Very interesting collection of veggie recipes.
Looks like a good Pho recipe. I'm a beef Pho lover but I have some friends that only eat chicken (the poor fools).
Great place to learn basic cooking methods, recipes and equipment reviews. I would say they get a 8/10 for most non-Asian recipes, 9/10 for reviews and 8/10 for learning materials.
Another good site for general cooking information and recipes. I've had mixed results with the recipes.
Just ran across this the other day - looks like a really neat idea. Will have to keep an eye on it and see how the recipes come out.
